New users can sign up to explore eligible local classes and appointments using trial credits, with the allowance shown during registration. The Hong Kong terms generally limit trials to people who have never held an account, with one trial per payment method; check the renewal price and cancellation date before joining.
Most paid monthly ClassPass memberships allow unused purchased credits to carry into the next cycle, up to the number of credits in the renewed plan; plans below 10 credits may carry up to 10. Trial and promotional credits generally do not roll over, and remaining credits are forfeited when membership ends. Hong Kong members should check their own plan and account balance before renewal.
A member who refers a friend through a valid ClassPass invitation may receive a one-time subscription discount or credit award after that friend becomes a paying subscriber following a trial. The reward amount is shown in the members referral flow and can vary. The programme is described in ClassPass terms applicable to Hong Kong; self-referrals and ineligible accounts do not qualify.
